Cantabria is a pet friendly community. There is a 2 pet maximum and breed restrictions apply. There is a required pet deposit of $500.00 for one pet, or $800.00 for two pets. On top of this, residents will be required to pay a monthly pet rent of $45.00 for pets 35 lbs and under, or $65.00 for pets over 35 lbs.

Parking at Cantabria is a breeze! Each unit is assigned one parking spot, which could vary from a direct access garage, a tandem garage, a detached garage, or a covered carport. Direct access garages and tandem garages come with an additional carport spot. We do not have additional parking spots for rent.
